TOA for a trader like me is a work of genius. I am the kind of person who goes into bookstores or surfs the net trying to find that next futures daytrading book or website which will teach me the secrets that not many people know. Every book / website / newsletter however correct it may be required a lot of time and effort to be put in. They show you strategies and then you have to be there in front of the computer waiting for everything to fall in place so that you can jump in with the strategy you are counting on to succeed. Unfortunately some strategies are complicated and it is quite emotionally nerve wracking when you are waiting for that right time. Another problem for me was the time difference as I am in Asia and trading markets in the U.S. – so when the market opens it is usually 10.30pm here – sitting for an hour or two or three looking for your entry point at that time does not suit most people. Also I sometimes found myself getting carried away into a wrong trade because the entry that I was looking for was not happening. I thought to myself there must be computerised programs available that can do all the work for you. I first bought a very well known program but unfortunately it gave you lot of information but you still had to decide what to do with that information. Luckily there was a one month free trial period and I returned it for a refund. I even tried another online “strategy” based company but it still was too complicated for me. I also tried 3 online paid subscription newsletters that gave you tips on what to look out for and when to get in and get out – some were either too complicated or others required me to watch the market.


Along comes TOA and changes everything – no more emotion – no more sit and watch your computer – no more vast amounts of info to look out for that entry point – it is so simple that somebody who started trading futures last week can do it – on the other hand it is still sophisticated enough to be used by seasoned traders. The whole point of the TOA is to put an automated strategy into action repeatedly with very well controlled risk and profit target in place and most of all no emotion involved. Trust me it makes a world of a difference.


When I go to bookstores now and just go past the investments sections I don’t know why I feel like laughing out loud – Since I got TOA I have not read any other book, nor online newsletter or website nor surfed the internet looking for something that will teach me that secret.

I have been studying the futures markets now in excess of 15 years, placing trades on a hit and miss basis and I never really understood how to implement trading success rules like, “Let you winners run and cut your losses short; the trend is your friend; identify support and resistance, control greed and fear and that money management is the most important factor in trading.” These obviously are the keys to successful trading, but I did not really know how to implement them all into a single trading plan.


The computerized system (Trade on Auto) implements all factors I mentioned in my previous comments into a successful trading plan. It automatically calculates the number of contracts that should be traded (based upon the size of your trading account and the percentage of your account you are willing to risk on each trade), quickly identifies bias (whether the system is looking for a long or short,) and trades break-out from support and resistance. It not only enters the trade, but also places a stop loss and a target profit point within a fraction of a second after entering the trade. At the end of the trading session you are either going to win, lose, not enter a trade, or exit your trade at the end of the session automatically. All you do is setup the system each morning, walk away from your computer and at the end of the session check to see how you did. All emotion has been removed from the equation.


I found ToA by first reading David Bennett’s book on Day Trading Wheat Futures, and found his method very exciting; however, when I found out that he had computerized his system, I simply had to get on board. I am certainly glad I did. So far for the month of April 2010, after 10 trading days, my account is up 10%. Thanks ToA, I couldn’t be more pleased. I also need to mention that support is A+.
